KUMANS TAKE TEACHING TO HEART

Many Kumans are applying Biblical truths to themselves since evangelistic Bible teaching began about one month ago.

"Now we realize that dressing up and going to church wasn't pleasing to God at all. We are just like Adam and Eve trying to cover up our sins and like Cain trying to pay for our sins!" they said.

Missionaries Will Tallman and Ken White started teaching in late August, and finished teaching lessons on Noah and the tower of Babel last week.

"Many have expressed concern that they are lost and deserve punishment just like them [people in the Old Testament]," Will and Kelly Tallman wrote. "God's Word really is breaking through ... Keep those prayers coming."

The missionaries are teaching two different groups of Kumans. One group meets on Monday and Wednesday evenings, and the other group meets on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

Pray for the Lord to show His mercy and truth to the Kumans. Pray for protection and wisdom for the Tallmans and the Whites. Pray too that Kuman believers Takai, Pilip and Boni, who are about one year old in the Lord, will continue to grow in Him.
