Be part of something big. God is radically changing lives among tribal people through the ministry of NTM, and you are a key player on that team. Missionaries often minister in remote locations that can make it difficult to provide a suitable education for their children. NTM seeks to provide educational options so parents can strike the balance they feel is in their children's best interests. Teachers make those options possible.

Build a legacy. Many missionaries’ children become missionaries and pastors and church leaders. So when you are teaching, you are helping nurture and develop tomorrow’s leaders.

Get in line with God. As an NTM teacher, you’ll be an integral part of carrying out the Great Commission the way the First Century Church did — planting churches where the Gospel has not yet reached.
